I ask your pet the questions that you have, the animal responds to me using words, images or feelings and I communicate that information back to you. I do not analyze what they tell me. I simply convey their message and leave the interpretation of their message up to you since you know your pet better than anyone.
Please keep in mind that while I can tell you why your pet is misbehaving or acting differently than normal, I cannot guarantee a change in their behavior. I have had success in helping animals understand why their behavior is unacceptable to their human companions. I have been able to pinpoint an illness or a change in the routine of the animal that may be the cause for the animal acting differently. I have also been able to help the owners gain a better understanding of what must be done in order for the animal to resume their normal behavior. But, having a mutual understanding between the pet and their human companion doesn't always ensure the expected results.

An e-mail consultation is similar to a telephone consultation except the entire communication will be done via e-mail requiring up to 1 hour, 30 minutes or 15 minutes in total time depending on the e-mail consultation selected for the appropriate number of pets (see the Appointments and Fees page for pricing). Clarification about the answers provided may be requested in up to three e-mails.

Lost pet consultations involve either phone calls, e-mails or a combination of both in conjunction with map dowsing. The process I follow during a lost pet consultation is as follows. First, I establish a communication connection with your pet to find out if he/she is still alive. If the pet is still alive, I will utilize your home address and the last seen address to do map dowsing for the location of your pet. I also ask your pet to show me their surroundings. Finally, I do map dowsing a few times during the day as well as at night to find out if your pet is continuously moving around to new locations or is staying in one location. Once all of this information is obtained, I will contact you and let you know everything that I have learned from your lost pet and the map dowsing.
